According to the internal rules and regulations of LH-CRYPTO Project, anonymous accounts are not allowed with the Project. That means that all Project’s Clients are to submit the specified list of documents, enabling the Project to clearly verify the Client’s identity.
The list of documents the Client is obliged to present the Project with includes:
- passport or national ID card with Client’s name and photo, date of birth, passport number, issue and expiry dates, issuing authority, Clients’ signature clearly visible on the scan or a photo;
- proof of Client’s residence;
- Client’s email address and telephone number.
In order to check and verify the above-mentioned information, the Project’s representatives may request any additional documents from the Client. This list includes, but is not limited to: utility bill, a copy of a bank statement or a copy of a bank reference letter.
Another step in KYC policy of the Project is the identity of the source of funds, transferred to the Client’s account. Thus, making a deposit with the credit card, each customer is obliged to provide a scanned copy or a photo of the both sides of the credit card. The front of the credit card must contain the following information: the cardholder's full name, the expiry date and the first six and the last four digits of the card number (the rest of the digits is to be covered). The copy or scan of the reverse side of a credit card must show the cardholder's signature, but the CVC2/CVV2 code must be covered. It is not allowed to deposit money from impersonal bank cards, containing no name of the Client.
When obtaining information to verify the customer’s statements about source of funds or wealth, the Project’s staff will most often ask for and scrutinize details of the person’s employment status or business/occupation. The Project’s staff will ask for whatever additional data or proof of that employment/occupation that may be deemed necessary in the situation, particularly the appropriate confirming documents employment agreements, bank statements, letter from employer or business etc.).
The bank transfer is possible only from the clients own account. Replenishments from third party accounts are prohibited by the Project’s rules and regulations.
The next step in KYC process of the Project is the manual check of all accounts, that are replenished for the amounts equal to or exceeding USD 1000 (one thousand). All documents, submitted to such accounts are scrutinized manually, additional information is requested if a Project’s personnel consider it to be necessary.
The final step in KYC process of the Project is a telephone interview with Clients that deposit USD 1000 (one thousand) or more. During these interviews the Project’s personnel clarifies the details that cannot be set up during the previous KYC stages.
If the Client refuses to provide the Project with the requested KYC information, or if a customer has intentionally provided misleading information, the Project, managed by Larson and Holz IT LTD professionals, will consider the closing of all of the Client’s accounts.
