Documents verification

The customer care service informs you that payment systems have changed their requirements to client documents verification. From now on you will need to upload the following documents to your Personal Area:
  • copies of your ID documents;
  • address proof (utility bills);
  • bank card (obverse side) with the first 6 numbers and the last 4 numbers visible;
  • bank card (reverse side) with your signature.
If there is no cardholder name on the card, then please upload a printscreen of your online bank client with the cardholder name and the card number (first 6 and last 4 numbers visible).
