Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Every third Monday of January each year the USA celebrates the Day of Martin Luther King Jr, a famous spokesperson for nonviolent activism and human rights advocate.
This year the holiday falls on January 21, and the New York exchange is going to close for this day. Due to the holiday, liquidity is expected to decrease for many trading instruments, and, therefore, the spreads are expected to increase. There may also be some other unfavorable changes in the trading terminal.
Larson&Holz technical specialists will put their best effort to reduce the inconvenience to its minimum, however, traders have to keep in mind this unlikely scenario of trading on January 21.
